Orders requested with less than two weeks’ notice may be considered Fast Track orders and may require an additional rush fee.
What Is Fast Tracking?
Fast Tracking is our rush order option for custom cakes, decorated cookies, and treats requested after the standard two-week notice period.
Because rush orders require schedule adjustments, priority planning, and additional production time, a rush fee may apply.
When Rush Fees Apply
A rush fee may apply to orders placed less than two weeks before the requested pickup or delivery date.
Rush Fee Amount
The rush fee is calculated based on the urgency, complexity, size, and production requirements of the order.
The fee will be communicated before the order is accepted.
Approval Required
- The rush fee must be approved before work begins.
- Any additional costs will be communicated before proceeding.
- Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee the order will be accepted.
Non-Refundable Rush Fees
Once accepted, rush fees are non-refundable, even if the order is later canceled or changed.
Quality & Availability
While we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, Marcia’s Micro-Bakery reserves the right to decline any rush order that cannot be completed within our quality standards.
