- Lead Time: Most custom orders require 2–3 weeks. Wedding cakes require 6 weeks minimum.
- Payment: Orders over $350 require a 50% deposit. Orders under $350 are due in full.
- Rush Orders: Last-minute requests may be available with a rush fee.
- Pickup: Orders must be picked up within the scheduled 15-minute pickup window.
