Order Acceptance

All orders must be placed through our official order forms. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.

Pricing

All prices are subject to change. Final pricing will be confirmed at time of booking via invoice.

Liability

Marcia’s Micro-Bakery is not responsible for:

Orders not picked up during scheduled time
Product quality issues not reported at time of pickup
Allergen reactions (though we take all precautions)
Typographical errors in custom text if approved by customer

Food Safety

All products are made in a home-based kitchen that may contain allergens. While we take precautions for allergen-free orders, we cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination.

Photography & Social Media

We reserve the right to photograph our work and share on social media and marketing materials unless you request otherwise.

Design Ownership

All designs created by Marcia’s Micro-Bakery remain our intellectual property. See our Design Ownership Disclaimer for complete details.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes must be reported within 24 hours of pickup. After 24 hours, we cannot offer refunds or replacements.
