By placing an order with Marcia’s Micro-Bakery, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Custom Orders
Every order is custom-made specifically for your event. Design inspiration may be used as a reference, but exact replication of another artist’s work is not guaranteed.
Quotes & Pricing
All pricing is based on design complexity, serving size, materials, labor, and requested customizations. Quotes are valid for a limited period and may change without notice until an order is confirmed.
Retainers & Payments
Orders are not reserved until any required retainer and/or payment has been received. Payment schedules will be communicated at the time of booking.
Order Changes
Changes requested after booking may be accommodated when possible but are not guaranteed. Additional charges may apply for design changes, serving size changes, or other modifications.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate event dates, contact information, pickup details, delivery information, and any applicable allergy information.
Allergy Notice
Products are prepared in a home kitchen that may process common allergens including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and other allergens. Cross-contact cannot be guaranteed.
Pickup Orders
Once an order has been picked up and accepted, responsibility transfers to the customer. Marcia’s Micro-Bakery is not responsible for damage caused by improper transportation, storage, or handling after pickup.
Delivery Orders
When delivery is selected, responsibility transfers once the order has been successfully delivered to the designated recipient or location.
Product Appearance
Because all products are handcrafted, slight variations in colors, decorations, and final appearance may occur. These variations are considered normal and are not defects.
Photography
Marcia’s Micro-Bakery reserves the right to photograph completed products and use those images for portfolio, website, social media, educational, and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Website Content
All content, graphics, photographs, logos, branding, and website materials are the property of Marcia’s Micro-Bakery and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. Marcia’s Micro-Bakery shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products or services.
