✅ Order Acceptance

All orders must be placed through our official order forms. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.

💰 Pricing

All prices are subject to change. Final pricing will be confirmed at time of booking via invoice.

⚠️ Liability

Marcia's MicroBakery is not responsible for:

• Orders not picked up during scheduled time
• Product quality issues not reported at time of pickup
• Allergen reactions (though we take all precautions)
• Typographical errors in custom text if approved by customer

🏠 Food Safety

All products are made in a home-based kitchen that may contain allergens. While we take precautions for allergen-free orders, we cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination.

📸 Photography & Social Media

We reserve the right to photograph our work and share on social media and marketing materials unless you request otherwise.

🎨 Design Ownership

⚖️ Dispute Resolution

Any disputes must be reported within 24 hours of pickup. After 24 hours, we cannot offer refunds or replacements.
