At Marcia's MicroBakery, we take pride in crafting unique and personalized designs for each of our clients. Every design we create is a reflection of our creative work and artistic expression.

All custom designs — including sketches, mockups, digital renderings, and any visual concepts created specifically for your order — remain the intellectual property of Marcia's MicroBakery until full payment has been received and the order is complete.

If you choose not to proceed with your order, the design provided may not be used, shared, reproduced, or replicated by another baker or any third party. This includes sharing the design on social media, passing it to another cake artist, or using it as a reference for a similar creation.
