Why the Change?
As our small-batch bakery here in Ocean County has grown, so has our vision. The term “micro-bakery” perfectly captures what we’ve always been at heart—a small-batch, artisanal bakery focused on quality, community, and the joy of handcrafted treats.
I also want to be transparent with you: we discovered that “Marcia’s Munchies” is trademarked by another bakery business. While there’s no conflict between us, making this change allows us to respect their brand while creating our own unique identity in the New Jersey bakery community. This transition helps distinguish us while preserving the personal touch and quality you’ve come to know and love.
