Please Review Our Contract for Custom Orders

Short and Sweet

• Smaller orders of $350 & lower, payment in full and upfront is required within 48 hours after invoice has been issued.
• All invoices are due IMMEDIATELY upon receipt. If payment is not received, your invoice automatically cancels the next day and your date will not be held.
• I require a minimum of 2 weeks notice to book and hold your date.
• For last minute orders placed less than the required 2 weeks notice, we will charge a “Fast-Track Order” fee of 15% to add you to our books. If we are maxed out unfortunately we will not be able to accept any more orders.
• Baked goods may contain allergens.
• All order payments are due in full upon receipt of your invoice. Orders are not booked and your requested date is not held until payment has been received.
• We reserve the right to cancel any request or invoice at anytime.
• All pickups must occur during scheduled business hours and within your 15-minute pickup window.

Payment Due – IMMEDIATE
Hey there! You bring the dough, and I’ll bake it! I’ll create the most adorable treats, with sprinkles in spectacular hues, and wrap them up in fabulous packaging just for you. But honey, remember, upfront payment is the key, it’ll secure your pick-up date and make you smile with glee!

IMPORTANT: Payment is due IMMEDIATELY upon receiving your invoice. If I don’t receive payment, your invoice will automatically cancel the next day and your pickup date will be released to other customers. So let’s seal the deal and make your sweet dreams come true, with a touch of sass and a sprinkle of cute, just for you! Can’t wait to bake up a storm for you, Sugar! 💕🍪🎂🎉

Inspiration
Thank you very much for sharing those inspiring pictures with me!💕 They have truly sparked my creativity. However, I wanted to mention that while I will strive to create the cake that closely resembles the one in the picture/s, they will not be perfect replicas. Nonetheless, I will do my best to capture the essence of what makes them so special. Thank you again for the inspiration!

Allergies
At this time, I do not offer gluten free, allergy free or vegan cakes. I am a home baker and will not risk the possibility of cross contamination that could cause any harm to anyone. Thank you for understanding.

Made in a kitchen that contains possible traces of tree nuts and/or peanuts.
Our products – may contain wheat, nuts, dairy, coconut flour, almond flour, sugar, salt, cocoa powder, icing powder, cornstarch, corn syrup, cream of tartar, glucose syrup, tylose powder, lemon, vanilla, cooked fruit and etc. Our fondants are vegan, gluten, dairy and nut free.

Order Minimums
A minimum cake order of $150 is required. Thank you for your understanding.

In a hurry? “Fast-Track Orders”
Although I may not be able to accommodate all last minute orders, I will certainly make my best effort to do so. Please note that any orders placed with a turnaround time of fewer than 14 days will require a “Fast-Track Order” fee of 15% of the order. Thank you for your understanding.

Price Shake-ups!
Hey, prices are subject to change. Gotta keep up with those ingredient costs to bring you the most delicious cake ever! So, unfortunately, I can’t honor old pricing (just like the grocery store won’t honor their old flour prices, darn it!). Thanks for understanding!

Pictures speak a thousand words, but may not always be entirely accurate.
Colors and lighting in photos may vary slightly from the actual result. If you require an exact color, kindly send me a swatch at least two weeks before the pick-up date. Thank you for understanding!

Cake in Your Care
Once you’ve picked up your order (thanks a bunch, by the way!), the fate of your cake is in your hands! Keep them away from direct sunlight, skip the fridge unless you’re ready to use it, and find it a cozy spot on a cool, dry counter. It’s all yours now!

Bulk Order?
Due to the custom work required for each cake, I am unable to extend discounts regardless of quantity. If you have a specific budget you are working with, feel free to let me know in advance and I’ll do my best to offer you a solution that fits your budget.

Pickup & Delivery Options

PICKUP POLICY:

Business Hours for Pickup:

• Tuesday – Friday: Pickups must be completed by 5:00pm closing time
• Saturday: Pickups must be completed by 12:00pm (noon) closing time
• Sunday & Monday: CLOSED – No pickups available

Your Scheduled Pickup Window:
Pick-up times are set when you place your order. Please arrive within your 15-minute pickup window. I schedule my day around your pickup time and have other commitments.

Late Pickup Fees:

• 15-30 minutes late: $25 fee will be charged
• 30+ minutes late: $50 fee will be charged
• Arrivals after closing time will not be accommodated

If you need to change your pickup time, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. Orders not picked up within 24 hours of scheduled time may be considered abandoned with no refund issued. Mark that cake pick-up in your calendar!

DELIVERY SERVICES:

Yes, I do offer delivery for an additional charge!

Delivery Pricing:

• Within 15 mile radius of Beachwood, NJ 08722: $25 flat fee
• Outside 15 mile radius: $25 base + $2 per mile + tolls + parking costs from Beachwood, NJ
• Final delivery fee may vary depending on location

Delivery times are scheduled when you place your order and must be completed by business closing times.
